Q: What does “Special Order” mean?
A1: Hand-crafted rosaries – In some instances, the center and crucifix must be specially ordered. Usually, this is a quick process. However, some of our suppliers are outside of the U.S.A. In this case, your rosary and / or chaplet should ship within 4 weeks, as it takes approx. 2 weeks for us to receive orders outside the U.S.A. Either way, we will notify you if the item has to be ordered from a supplier outside the U.S.A., as well as update you as to when the item arrives and when it is ready to ship. Very rarely, an item is backordered by our supplier. In this case, you will be notified.
A2: Non hand-crafted rosaries and/or religious gift items – In some instances, we must specially order these items from one of our suppliers/drop-shippers.

Q: What is a drop-shipper?
A: It is a company that we have found to be fairly reputable that can keep a large inventory of items for us.

Q: What if I don’t see a rosary I am looking for?
A: You may email us at paws4critters@aol.com. Please tell us what you are looking for and we will do our best to find it or make it. Our specialty is critter rosaries and will try to help anyone looking for a specific animal. We will work with you to make the special rosary you are looking for.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
