Q: What does "Special Order" mean?
A: Handcrafted rosaries - In some instances, the center and crucifix must be specially ordered. Usually, this is a quick process. However, some of our suppliers are outside of the U.S.A. In this case, your rosary and / or chaplet should ship within 4 weeks, as it takes approx. 2-3 weeks for us to receive orders outside the U.S.A. Either way, we will notify you if the item has to be ordered from a supplier inside or outside the U.S.A., as well as update you as to when the item arrives and when it is ready to ship. Very rarely, an item is backordered by our supplier. However, if this happens, you will be notified.

Q: What if I don't see the rosary I am looking for?
A: You may email us at paws4critters@aol.com.
Please tell us what you are looking for, and we will do our best to find it or make it. If you are looking for a specific animal for a critter rosary, we will do our best to find that animal. If you are looking for a specific saint we don't have listed, we will do our best to find that the saint you are looking for. Basically, we will work with you to craft the rosary you have pictured in your mind.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: When an order is shipped out, the order is updated with the shipping date. Go to the Customer Service > Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: When can I expect my order to ship?
A: Since all orders are handmade and specially "made-to-order", shipment is usually within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, which has a 3-5 day US Lower 48 delivery, but time-frame is NOT guaranteed by the USPS. Alaska and Hawaii take a little longer. International orders can expect their orders to take at least 7-10 days from date of shipping. Again, the USPS does not guarantee delivery time-frames. It is suggested, if you need a rosary by a specific date, please email us at paws4critters@aol.com for an estimated delivery time-frame. Also, please keep in mind during holiday seasons - Easter, Christmas, Mother's Day, First Holy Communion, Confirmation, RCIA, etc. - delays may occur due to higher order volume. We do our best to get orders to you by specific dates. Orders paid by check or money order will have to wait for clearance of the check or money order. Per our bank, this process can take 7-10 business days.

Q: How will I know if the item I want is backordered?
A: If an item is backordered, you will receive an email letting you know the item is backordered along with an estimated timeframe for shipment.

Q: What are your shipping and handling rates?
A: Shipping and handling has been updated as of September 2009. Please refer to the table on the Customer Service page.
Shipping refers to the actual cost of First Class USPS shipping.
Handling refers to packaging costs.
All rosaries and chaplets are packaged in padded bubble envelopes with accompanying information for each rosary and/or chaplet.
"Fragile" and "Handle with Care" are printed on each package.
Please remember shipping costs can change without notice.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: U.S.A. orders may use PayPal, check or money order. Orders paid by check or money order will have to wait for clearance of the check or money order. Per our bank this can take 7-10 business days. If you are making payment by PayPal, you will be sent to their secure website where you can enter your information safely.
International Orders MUST use PayPal. Again, you will be sent to their secure website where you can enter your information safely.
