It consists of 3 white beads on the pendant symbolizing the Holy Trinity.
The two sided, full color, enameled center features St. Philomena on the front and St. John Vianney, who had a special devotion to St. Philomena, on the reverse. The chaplet is completed with a highly detailed St. Philomena medal.
